Case #1 Slip-Fall

Terry represented the leading case in United States in 1975. The issue at hand was that of who is at fault when a customer slips and falls on a self service property , Ciminski vs. The Finn Corporation, 13 Wn. App. 815, 537 P.2d 850 ('75).

Case #2 Denial of the proper Insurance Coverage and Punitive Damages

Terry sued a California insurance firm, alleging that they had wrongfully denied the repair of an insured clients truck, an eighteen wheeled tractor trailer, after only one accident.

Case #3 E-Coli Contamination of food

Terry did not only represent a seriously hurt child in result of the Jack-In-The Box E-coli outbreak in Washington State in February of 1993, but he was actually the leader of, and also directed ten lawyer firms that represented seriously injured children in result of the E-coli outbreak.

Case #4 Catastrophic Apartment Fire

In November of 1997 there was a horrible fire in Bremerton Washington at a 150 unit apt. building named Kona Village. The fire itself could be seen from five miles in distance in the Seattle area. A helicopter circled above and took photographs. The story made national news headline for many days. 4 people were pronounced dead from the fire. All tenants of the apt. building were left homeless and almost 100 of these tenants had lost all of their possessions when the apartment building burned. Most of these tenants had awoke and were forced to flee their burning apartments in there pajamas. Case #5 Cadet Wall Heaters Case

Terry represented the biggest and leading personal injury case involving the Cadet manufacturing Company and also, the landlords of an apartment four-plex. This Cadet heater was alleged to have failed and upon failure had caused a love seat to catch on fire, which led to the death of two young children. They were living in the upstairs bedrooms.
